Finding Your Light Session: A single, low-pressure session designed for those who are unsure where to begin. Together, we will explore your concerns, clarify your priorities, and determine the best next steps for your journey. This session is all about creating a safe space to start wherever you are, with no expectations or commitments beyond the first conversation.
02. Rekindle Your Light
What it is: A 4-week program aimed at reconnecting you with your sense of self-worth, improving boundaries, and nurturing self-compassion.
What the therapist does: Your therapist will work with you to uncover the roots of self-doubt and guide you in building healthier boundaries. Techniques like self-reflection, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring will help reframe negative self-talk and foster kindness toward yourself.

03. Illuminate Your Path

Booking a Growth Package with Light of Mind Therapy is simple. Start by booking an individual session through our Jane platform or reaching out to us via our Contact Us form. Once your booking is received, our admin team will reach out to you via support@lightofmindtherapy.com to confirm your session and discuss your initial booking. During this time, you can let us know which Growth Package you are interested in, or take your time to decide after your first session.

Commitment to your Growth Package is essential to achieving meaningful results. Once sessions are booked in advance, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session for that week. If notice is not provided within this time frame, the full session fee will be charged. This policy ensures respect for your time, the therapist’s time, and your commitment to the program.
