Anjali is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in Mental Health, Population Health Science, and Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto and Yorkville University.

Anjali’s approach emphasizes a holistic assessment, integrating Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, and a strong focus on the mind-body connection. She works with individuals to understand their challenges, heal from trauma, and build a positive, empowered connection with themselves. 

Anjali encourages individuals to view counselling and therapy in a positive light. Mental health is not linear. Healing is not linear. It is essential to celebrate the positives while navigating the setbacks.

Ibrahim Ahmed

Wellness Coordinator

Ibrahim Ahmed is the Wellness Coordinator at Light of Mind Therapy and currently a second-year Health Sciences student at Wilfrid Laurier University. With a strong passion for the medical field and a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection, Ibrahim brings both scientific interest and compassionate care to his role.

Mental health has always held personal significance for Ibrahim, who believes it deserves the same attention and respect as physical health. This belief fuels his dedication to creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel seen and heard from the very first interaction.

At Light of Mind, he handles all client communications, scheduling, and consultation coordination with warmth, clarity, and professionalism—ensuring that your journey toward healing starts with care.
