  • At the beginning of your therapy journey, weekly sessions are typically recommended to help you build momentum and focus on your goals. As you progress and feel more confident in managing challenges, you and your therapist can discuss transitioning to less frequent appointments that align with your needs and comfort level.

  • The number of sessions required varies from person to person. Some individuals notice progress within a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer-term commitment to therapy. The timeline often depends on the complexity of your concerns and your personal goals for growth and healing.

  • Depending on duration or appointment type, individual therapy sessions range from $130 to $217.50. For more details about specific pricing or sliding scale options, please reach out directly.

  • At Light of Mind Therapy, we require at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur the full session fee.

    Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.
